I have been a Mortgage Broker for over ** years, with more than 35 years in the Real Estate industry. I was the owner operator of Deer Track Realty & Sun Construction, and in 1990 I joined a group of underwriters & processors who were the leaders in the Mortgage industry. As a broker we have access to many lenders with an extremely wide variety of loan programs. Loan programs from Conventional, FHA, Renovation, Construction loans and No-income loans. With access to a vide verity of lenders, it gives me the ability to search for the best rate & program for my clients, so I can build long term relations for today & tomorrow.
