Base Salary: I am looking for your best offer! Last salary rate was $1100-1300.
Compensation with base salary + commission more depends on my experience and productivity. Compensation is negotiable.

Bonus, + Extra bonus $ 2500 – or more per month if the practice hits good to excellent Total Production of General, Hygiene, and all Specialists treatments.
