Grunt Style, Director of Wholesale Operations (9/2019- 11/2021 As a wholesale manager, I handled the daily operations of the wholesale business effectively. This involves monitoring the distribution process with platforms such as Amazon FBA, Buc-ees, and the United States Military bases. As part of My duties, I managed the distribution process. This means overseeing the warehousing and transportation of products, ensuring the items reach clients within agreed deadlines. I was responsible for the recruitment, building and cultivation, supervision, and motivation of teams that satisfied both the client’s needs and Grunt Style metrics. Grunt Style wholesale operations run 24 hours a day, as a result, I perceived and welcomed the need to be on-call in addition to working unsocial hours to meet with night shift staff. During the time I spent there many skills such as managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement. My time with Grunt Style ended due to an urgent medical diagnosis that required my full attention.

Trained in the technical skills of Lymphatic Drainage and Colon Hydrotherapy. Both therapies help to aid in the overall health and healing of each client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, Organization of both time and clientele, account of inventory and ordering of needed supplies, extensive sanitation, and disposal of used linen and other wears. I am also required to interact, encourage, and educate clientele on proper procedures as well as steps to take to ensure continued improved health based on the recommendations of the treating physician. Light filing, notion, and general office tasks required. Dispatcher, Accurate Personnel (Vanguard Logistics) (9/13-11/13) Responsibilities included dispatching loads (both hazardous and overweight) to independent contractors as well as in-house drivers, soliciting freight from customers, inputting dispatch information into the Freight Pro system, and interacting with all departments to ensure driver and terminal compliance. Clerical and Administrative work such as taking care of the phones, answering emails data entry, and organization of office. Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities. This Position required Maintaining painstaking attention to detail and completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrating a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines. Daily attendance and to be trusted to handle a high level of responsibility. Sub-Acute Unit Coordinator, Lexington Of Lombard, Lombard Illinois (2/11-10/11) Provided support to both nursing and 6 physicians. Tasks included (but not limited to) assisting during daily rounds. I prepared daily schedules and notes for each of the 6 physicians and corresponding patients. Ordering and filling prescribed medications in an orderly and timely fashion. Acting liaison between administration, Insurance companies, physicians, and nursing care staff. Admitting new Patients into the facility as well as discharge with little to no wait in both processes. I was responsible for the organization of charts containing highly confidential information in keeping with the H.I.P.A.A and Illinois State Healthcare Laws. I was responsible for the task accomplishment between the nursing and C.N.A. staff ensuring the most efficient care of the patient and availability to the physicians. Appointment making as well as organizing transportation to and from said appointments. Greeting patients and families, providing accurate information, and answering phones and pages from physicians and hospitals alike are also part of set responsibilities. On-call as needed. Executive Assistant, Wheaton Christian Center, Carol Stream Illinois (10/08-06/10) Provided both clerical and personal assistance for Clergy employed by the organization. Responsible for keeping files of highly confidential information. This position required acute organizational skills along with an eye for detail. Customer service and interpersonal skills were needed organizational skills were needed as several domestic and international schedules were maintained simultaneously. Light lifting (no more than 20 lbs) is also required. Unfortunately, my services were no longer needed due to financial setbacks within the organization. Caregiver, Mr. Willie Smith, Maywood Illinois (9/07-8/08) Provided care for Mr. Smith. This included all of M. Smith’s daily regimen, his personal hygiene requirements, and his medications. Duties also involved taking great care of Mr. Smith's Papers and finances. This included his bills for housing, medications, and any other expenses that may arise. This position required a high level of attention, Patience, and the ability to work quickly without error. In addition, organization and the ability to communicate with others in a timely and respectful manner were a quality that was required. Unfortunately, services were no longer needed when Mr. Smith passed on.
