While I was employed with Outsource Staffing, Llc, I was new to the cable technician industry. I learned the skills needed to succeed in the industry. During my time employed with Outsource Staffing, I learned:

- How to label cable
- How to pull cable
- Methods to terminating copper cable
- How to test copper and fiber optic cables.
- Finally, I installed support equipment such as, J hook, basket trays and ladder racks. While I worked on this project, I acquired experience in data center work as well, where I:

- Pulled Cat6a and Fiber optic cables within the data center
- Terminated copper cables
