WORK EXPERIENCE

Digital Training Facility Manager : Technology and Telecommunications Consultant/Engenius Consulting Group Inc. - Fort Campbell, KY - September 2004 to 29 February 2024 contract ended: Daily operation include providing end user support and training to Military and Civilian DOD clients. Developed and supported the facility’s calendar to handle client requests for Video Tele-Conferencing classes with other training sites Conduct orientation sessions and training for new soldiers. Presently have the 78 computer workstation to provide training resources in four classrooms Maintain the latest VBS-3 software on all systems to support soldiers real time training scenarios over 19 years operating 2 video teleconference systems, checking for proper operations, set up conferences and monitors equipment Checks all equipment daily to include computer systems, VTT systems, UPS, switches, server, AC/Heat Preform daily, monthly and yearly inventory of all DTF equipment,with software and hardware troubleshooting skills Knowledge and experience with Windows.

Accomplishments Maintained 100% equipment of facility, ensure training was conducted with little or no down time.

Unit alcohol and drug coordinator conducting unit drug testing and provided education to Officers, NCO and soldiers of the unit. Team leader, heavy vehicle operator, and senior vehicle operator assisting in the training and supervision of soldiers and vehicle maintenance. Unit supply clerk and orderly room clerk maintaining records for soldiers, issued keys to assigned rooms, and accounted for supply’s and prepared memorandums.
