My main job in stores was customer service and sales. Working along side of management and I also served as temporary management during a furlough period when they were restructuring management. I was offered a permanent position as a manager but decided to decline the offer. The last six years I spent working from home. However; I am a people person and decided to resign, do son much needed upgrades to my home and want to get back into the workforce again. I enjoy working with the public, am fluent in both English and Spanish so I would love to be able to use my skills helping people.

There were others who were mentally unstable. We tried our best to speak and play, interact with them. It was (to say the least) a challenging and emotional time in my life.
