I absolutely love working for this company, in May of 2025 would make 3 years for me at Loves. I live in Lillian, Al and commute to Milton for a 45 hour a week schedule. I transferred from a store in Poplarville, MS a year ago to take care of my elderly father. Well his health has improved, and the economy has not. I am looking for something closer to home. My responsibilities as a shift leader are WoW customer service, cash handling, ordering through Mclane twice a week, Daily/Weekly/Monthly inventory with a program called PAR, Safe Serve food quality and management, Scheduling 25 employees, checking timecards/ Edits for Payroll, Running a 8 hour shift without any other management, Training, Speed of service,and cleaning logs per shift. Customer service is very rewarding. I enjoy coming to work and being a part of something.
