Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting to ensure all Maintenance and Repairs are carried out efficiently.
Assisting to ensure that a clean and tidy working environment is maintained at all time by controlling tools, materials and waste products.
Assisting with other trade staff (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing) as required.
Prepared and administered preventative maintenance work orders. Preparing daily reports on the site about the work.
Network Cable pulling, Cable labelling, and Cable dressing.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and materials handling equipment in performing duties.
Monitoring and maintaining daily PM check sheets, coordinates with client’s vendors and contractors.
Manage the warehouse Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Receiving.
Make sure all stock is labelled and stored correctly.
