Act as a liaison between the clients and NYC Department of Buildings, FDNY, OSHA inspectors or agents, Insurance companies and financial institutions.
Run accident investigations and high risk assessments.
Conduct new employee safety orientations, weekly safety and production foremen’s meetings, fire safety training, tool box training and safe use and operation with power tools or heavy equipment.
Employ extensive experience and leadership skills with an ability to operate in high stress environments.
Posses an extensive knowledge of major building construction in Concrete Superstructure, Steel Frame, Precast, Wooden and Metal Stick Frame, etc
Ran a successful apprenticeship training program for prospective Site Safety Managers and Coordinators for the above listed companies
