Experience
ARC of Washington
Call Representative Non-Profitable Organization [CLOSED] 2011/2012
• Telecommunication skills: Im on the phone talking with our neighbors within the community asking if they have unused household items or clothing, they weren’t using anymore.
• Q & A; If they have any questions regarding what specifies as a household item, I will relay a quick list or anything in referral with as well as what type of clothing is considered donation. Also where will these items of goods be placed, I.e., garage, front door, carport, etc.
• Yay or Nay: Whether they decide upon donating or not I notify them of when we will be in their area on a specific date during a certain time, reason being is so that the drivers picking up the donations will know where to go and what to look for under the carport, out by the fence, or by the front door.

Flavors of Guam Food Truck
Food Server/Su cook 2021-2023
PREPARE FOODS & SIDES: to be served on the truck for time of service. Gather ingredients needed for dishes of the day. After prepping foods in the designated kitchen area, clean up the space and pots used during prep time in and at the kitchen and also throw away our garbage after cooking and cleaning.
Setup window to be approachable towards people who walk-by, drive passed, and for anyone who is hungry at that exact time, how convenient of us to be right where they are to serve them a delicious fiesta plate.
Prep inside the truck i.e., set up warmers, cup the side dishes, maintain a clean workspace as much as possible due to little moving space inside the truck, make the special of the day only if head chef is busy or asks me to do so.
Plate customers foods as quickly and neatly as possible if there are other orders to plate and serve the customer with a friendly thank you and have a good day.
After service is over clean up kitchen within the truck and wash dishes when after arriving back to the kitchen to park the truck.
Shipley’s Do-Nuts
Baker 2022-Present
Prep work area whilst beginning my first mixes of the day to start off.
Place kolaches in proofer for a period of time only to be put in oven where they will have 10mins cooking time, if not another few more minutes or until golden brown.
KNEAD DOUGH: When the mixer is done, I take the dough out of the mixing bowl and begin to knead the dough after cutting it into 6 even pieces. When all the dough has been kneeled into balls, I set aside for 5mins to rise. After time has passed, I roll out the balls as even as possible but not too thick and not too thin either.
CONVEYOR BELT: Throw it onto the conveyor belt where it will get rolled out once more and cut into individual donut shaped pieces thus, I pick up all the donuts and place it onto a screen and into a proofer, where they will rise more. I continuously do this until there are no more balls for donuts. I make pastries such as cinnamon rolls, bear claws, long johns, cinnamon/chocolate twists, butterflies, and old-fashioned cinnamon rolls, which contains walnuts.
KOLACHES: I also roll up meats with cheese into what they’re famously known for...kolaches. There are six types of kolaches, one with no cheese and the rest with. At the end of the day, I clean up my work area and get everything ready for the next day so I can do it all over again.
Ross Dress 4 Less
Stockroom Associate Oct. 2023-Jan. 2024
Unloading: unload and unpack boxes from the loading truck in the stockroom and separate it into its appropriate category of home goods.
Stock shelves: find a full hummer or a hummer with anything on it, run it out to the sales floor and place it on the shelf. Big blue bins are used for the more bigger items such as pet beds, dog kennels, comforters, lamps, as well as art pieces.
Tagging alarms: if whenever an item is to be put on the shelf we look at the price tag and indicate what kind of alarm is desired for that specific item. Due to the miscellaneous goods we keep in store theres more than 1 kind of alarm used for all of those things, (some may not need an alarm) but its always good to check and then check again. Once we place the alarm just pop it on the shelf or rack and that’s all there is to it.
Organization: first thing to do when I’ve clocked in is check the clipboard to see what morning duty is required of me for the day. I mostly had shoes to declutter so with that I prioritized what stays and what had to move out back to the correct size and aisle. Ex; Men’s shoes 12-14 I’d make my way to the aisle and start checking sizes and tidying up anywhere else within the perimeter of my location.
