Scrum Delivery Lead:

Agile Ceremonies

Conduct the Daily Scrum Call for around 4 Cross-Functional teams.

Facilitating and setting the agenda for the Grooming calls twice per week and ensuring all the stories in the release are groomed as per the Release Calender.

Facilitating and setting the agenda for the Epic Design/Solution calls twice per week and ensuring all the High Level design sessions are happening before Dev starts their work in the release.

Sprint Board Management

Add the Stories to the appropriate Dashboards and Sprints before start of the Sprint for the team to smoothly start with the upcoming sprint stories.

Activate/Close the Sprints for the Teams accordingly.

Sprint Pre-Planning - Prepare the Capacity Plan for every Sprint (2 Week Sprint)

Prepare the Sprint Planning deck for every Sprint before start of the Sprint.

Sprint Post-Planning - Work on the Spilled Stories for next Sprint. Add new Stories on the Sprint by confirming from the Tech Lead and PO.

Sprint Demo - Prepare the Business Demo Deck and drive the demo calls with the required business team post the Sprint completion.
