I recently returned from a mid-career break during which I focused on supporting my family through significant life transitions involving both sets of aging parents. While the circumstances were challenging, this period allowed me to develop a deeper sense of resilience and adaptability. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to my family in this way, and I believe that the skills and perspectives gained will positively impact my professional approach moving forward.
Director, Digital Marketing
WORKDAY — January 2022 to June 2023
• Responsible for strategy and planning, budget, team leadership and multi-channel creative execution, and delivery of results as measured by business outcomes
• Led the first full digital experience of Workday Rising for partners and customers, the company’s annual user conference, making the entire program available in-person, remotely, or on-demand globally.
• Selected the event platform, managed agency partner relations and associated staff, and established and documented a reusable infrastructure for future events.
• Exceeded plan for paid registrations by 50% and achieved highly positive user ratings.
• Equipped digital market managers with the processes, training, and tools for independent A/B testing. This unleashed creativity, fostered collaboration, and created opportunities to elevate exemplary work. In the months following, successful test results increased over 400%, driving innovation and engagement metrics.

ADAPTIVE INSIGHTS / WORKDAY — August 2019 to January 2022
• Drove the rebranding of an acquired company, from “Adaptive Insights, Inc.” to “Adaptive Insights: A Workday Company,” and finally to the product "Workday Adaptive Planning," unified under Workday brand.
• Maintained pipeline growth across market segments (SMB, mid-market, and large enterprise) during the two- year company integration. Rebranded web, organic and paid social media, and search marketing, scaled up content development, and incorporated test-proven conversion rate optimizations.
