Comprehension of P&ID’s in order to assemble process on compression skids (Ariel, Dresser Rand & GE)

Allocation of required materials to complete skids using Bill of Materials

Assemble and level skids; consisting of installing coolers, assemble prefabricated pipe, systems valves, and vessels.

Bridge tacks on carbon and stainless pipe to secure and anchor pipe during installation. Cut, bevel, tack and refit pipe to ensure proper fit-up or modifications from engineering. Use overhead crane, forklift, and rigging to maneuver heavy equipment and pipe.

Installation of Electronic and Manual valves post pipe fitment.

Full tear down of skids post pressure testing in order to ship completed product to customer.
