* Supervise Assistant Community Manager, Leasing Consultant(s) and Maintenance team, including training, performance guidance, reviews, hiring, promotion and termination.

* Guide and direct all aspects of leasing and maintenance procedures ensuring policy compliance regarding all operations.

* Hire, train, supervise and motivate on-site team members.with and weekly meetings

* Analyze community performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan

* Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service

* Certify all notices as necessary included but not limited to, late payments, evictions, and returned checks.

* Post all rents, deposits and fees, as well as ensure daily bank deposits are made.

* Respond to calls and inquiries from customers, residents, team members and vendors professionally and friendly.

* Adhere to all local/state/federal laws and comply with the policies and procedures

* Gather required insurance information and forms regularly and setup new vendor files accordanly.

* Walk and inspect Community daily property on a regular basis, as well as verify condition of vacant units.

* Report all liability and property incidents to Regional Property Manager and the corporate office immediately.

* Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for myself and on-site team members.

* Welcome new propective residents and, conduct community tours insuring support of leasing team members.
