Supported Engineering Services Department team with updated changes to assembly drawings and bill of material (BOM) of existing products through the Engineering Change Order processes using the latest Autodesk Inventor software.

Supported production planner in sorting out material short list due to nonconforming issues of these parts at incoming inspection.

Worked as technical advisor for Quality Assurance department to support incoming inspection personnel a “go to” for issues with drawings, inspection methods for GD&T and other tight tolerances, inspection tooling and fixturing, and confirm questionable nonconforming parts.

Responsible for dispositioning all nonconforming mechanical parts with both made and purchase parts for in-house machine shop and external suppliers.
