CAREER OBJECTIVES:

Responsibilities included but not limited to the overall operations and management of an Automated Touchless Car Wash, Detail Studio, to include (Paint Protection Film, PPF and Window Tint) as well as Equipment and Retail store. Managed and supervised a staff of 49 employees to include an assistant manager and three supervisors. Other duties include, preparing staff schedules, adjusted weekly sales forecasts, managing and controlling labor, placing product, chemical and parts orders, coordinated scheduled maintenance of equipment, supervised all mechanical repairs on equipment, train / coach / counsel and developed team members on performance. Manage and respond to guest/customer issues or concerns and resolve. Negotiate with vendors on cost saving items, products and services that will directly impact the bottom line. Managed payable and receivable accounts. PNL Review and reconciliations with recommendations on profitability to business owners on a yearly average sales of $283,000.00.

As a Regional Manager I was an experienced, seasoned manager who was responsible for providing managerial support at multiple HuHot restaurants. As Regional Manager I assisted in running busy shifts, while coaching and helping to build a culture of fairness, accountability, and fun.” During Covid I had the challenging responsibility of reopening several stores in Montana, Utah and Colorado a total of 11 stores with several cases of rehiring entire staff from scratch. Assisted General Managers and Assistant Managers with coverage and constant coaching and development. Conducted Operational Reviews and reported results to the Director of Operations. Monitor store staffing levels and assist in developing bench supervisors and managers to sustain operations.
