Experienced electronic quality control inspector/technician skilled in analyzing and troubleshooting manufacturing problems using blueprints and/or schematics for components or system products to known specifications. Ability to inspect all high-grade, hand-built, or machine-built printed circuit boards to blueprint specification ensuring proper assembly for optimal performance and safety. Daily average of circuit boards inspected ranged from 25 to 100. Reduced rejection rate from 50-60% to 10%. Revamped system test procedures for final product units and/or component systems. Verified improvements and all modifications per unit or system. Daily work averaged 30 to 50 units with a 10 to 15% rejection rate. As a hobby to keep my hands technical ready, I build and upgrade computers, I am light on software, but this has not stopped me from troubleshooting and fixing problems as they come up, my problem-solving rate is 75 – 85%.
