I was in charge of training 6 workers which I accomplished. I would show up earlier than my crew I would open doors, check fluids on equipment and warm them up. Get all hand tools out that needed to be used for the day! I would read prints for the job and drill holes with Hougen drill or weld parts to forms if needed. When complete I would QC the form with my boss. Then we would pour concrete. And I would stay and finish the concrete. And if had time I would go outside and help in other departments. And I would help out a lot in Metal Fab department,which I helped Tac weld and set up and operated fab. machinery.! Also drove all the heavy equipment. And worked shipping and receiving. And loaded our 25,000 - 65,000 lb. floats with a 52,000lb. Taylor Forklift which most times would take 2 big lifts. Additional Information
On August 2015 I was injured on the job. Which was supposed to of been one simple surgery, which also ended up being a knee replacement. Between 2015-present I worked at a Trailer & RV Park were a resided back home. I did numerous tasks like landscape, painted exterior and interior. Also pressure washed. Anything that needed done maintenance, construction, even cutting trees and pulling tree stumps out, simple plumbing, putting fences up. I worked for the owner and the people resided there. I got to learn lots of trades and met lots of people that became good friends.
