Forklift Driver License

I'm licensed forklift driver hands on building Tray's at Monterey mushroom I'm self-employed looking for a future not just a job I'm a hard worker always have been been driving the forklift at Monterey mushroom for over 5 years building Tray's and then moving them into circulation with the forklift but there is no future there I'm getting older I have two kids single father I have another 20 years left working for a company that appreciates their hard workers. I have the toughest job at the factory and I'm the only one that has been there for over 5 years there's been 50 people through the area I work in I'm the only one that is been there that long I have seniority but no future that's why I'm looking for a future not just a job.
