Materials Manager
• Managed 600+ salaried and hourly field-based employees
• Delivered direct and open-door concept access to senior executives, managers, interns, entry level and PT employees
• Controlled a Raw Pack and Whip inventory level of over $20MM

Business Unit Leader
• Lead a team of 100+ employees across the Stove Top and Shake N Bake business
• Repatriated 15MMlbs of crumb from an outside vendor to be manufactured in the Dover Plant; this was a $42MM capital investment
• Worked on a lean project to reduce 12 different types of bread crumb being used across Stove Top and Shake N Bake to four types
• Harmonized all Canadian packaging sizes and formulas to match the U.S. version; this created less mechanical changeovers and reduced our raw and pack inventory
Kraft Foods, Dover, DE 2003 – 2005
Operations Supervisor
• Supervised 80+ employees across both Kool-Aid and Stove Top businesses
• Completed a Six Sigma Green Belt project that was a $400M savings for the plant
• Redesigned the baffling system on top of a Kool-Aid filler that produces 24M lbs of sugar per hour (over pack on this line was 14 grams per bottle; it was reduced down to +/- 3 grams)
• Served as co-lead on a project that was developed to move all Crystal Light production from Mexico back to the U.S. which consisted of nine production lines with a total of 20 additional fillers
