Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
*******.****@*****.***
I retired on April 30, 2019, but after three years, I chose to return to the workforce. Since April 30, 2022, I have been employed at the Nora O’Neal Adult Day Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse. While I value my experience at this exceptional facility, which provides a safe and engaging environment for older adults and disabled clients, I am now seeking a new opportunity in nursing.
At Nora Adult Day Center, my responsibilities include daily assessments of clients’ mental and physical health, recording vital signs, monitoring glucose levels, administering COVID-19 vaccines, and conducting COVID-19 testing. I develop individualized care plans, file incident reports as needed, and input data into the Harmony program. Additionally, I prepare quarterly Provider Progress Reports, review medication orders, and request client medication orders and physical history every six months as required.
