JESSE MAICHELLI (MASON)
SUMMARY
Hello,
I'd first like to give Land Acknowledgements. I'm a 3rd/4th generation settler born on traditional homelands of Puyallup tribe known as Tacoma, Washington. I currently with gratitude have tended on Coast Salish unceded territories of Squaxin and Nisqually People of Medicine Creek Treaty known as Olympia, Washington. I honor and give acknowledgement to all the Tribal Nations, Ancestors and many keepers of these lands and resources.
I come from lands and people of Southern/Northern Italy, Sicily and Malta islands, Nordic Sámi, Celtic Welsh and Southern France (the mountain regions) and I'm humbled to continue being a steward to the lands of Turtle Island.
I am a compassionate, motivated employee with a desire to take on new challenges thinking critically. I possess strong worth ethic, deep honesty and care, adaptability with exceptional interpersonal skills. Being adept at working effectively unsupervised as well as thriving on a team I appreciate relationship building with co-workers and leaders alike quickly learning new skills. Feedback both critical and positive is important to me and I enjoy a collaborative environment offering many points of view. Contributing to many professional roles and relationships the past 20+ years equips me with a unique, always evolving perspective of growth as top priority and passion for doing my best at anything I put my energy towards.
Thank you for taking the time to review my experience and potential for your position.
