Responsible for maintaining make ready time & planning make ready time in same level.

Responsible for the machines running with good quality and high production.

Running the machine with good registration and shade matching as for the client approved shade card & giving approval to the job.

Running the machine with good quality and reaching target as for the planning department.

Collecting as wet sample of every job and protect it to save place. So, it can be used as shade reference for the re-run of job.

On-line checking shade and registration with the shade card if any variation and trouble-shooting is done on the press.

Checking the laminate with different tests: like tape test, thickness test, graphite test, rub test, tensile strength, repeat length and sealing gap.

Entering the daily sap (production) repot daily and sending to all office staff.
