Program Assistant

The Programs Asistant will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. He/she will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.

The Program Coordinator duties will include, but are not limited to: Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities. Ensure the implementation of policies and practices. Manage communications with marketing and communication department at HQ.

Send reports and feedback for the projects implemented in Wajir County. Help build positive relations within the team, partners, stakeholders and External Parties.

Keep updated records and create reports.

Support program development and contribute to business development efforts. Monitor programs inside Wajir with possibilities to handle monitoring tasks Wajir County.

Represent UMR- Kenya in Wajir County.

National Treasury - Wajir North Sub - County Office Finance Assistant (Internship)

Perform treasury assistant functions and activities to the treasury department. Prepare and communicate all previous day banking activity. Assist and support treasury staff in physical cash counting activities. Check, inspect and verify daily cash transactions. Inspect, investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash transactions. Processing of treasury payments. Document all cash transaction activities.

Perform opening and closing of cash daily.
