Led initiatives that took a major non-profit (36 locations; 5,000 employees) from 20 years in the red to 5 in the black; from 20 years of membership losses to 5 of double digit increases; more than doubled its budget to over $100,000,000/year; and more than tripled its number of people served to over 1,000,000/year.
Wrote strategic plans for 34 YMCAs with specific, measurable performance goals that tied to annual operating plans.
Trained staff of 34 YMCAs on customer listening.
Reduced production R & D time for a custom plastics extrusion company by up to 50% through knowledge management recommendations.
Substantially reduced error rates and increased accountability by developing job descriptions and procedures for a major messenger service. Significantly increased productivity through the design of a transfer point at the edge of downtown.
