It is a great pleasure that I am submitting my application for a Small business Advisor posted by your organization.

I graduated in the Degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management in 2010 E.C from Mekelle University; and the Degree of Bachelor of Art in Management in 2007 E.C from Bahir-Dar University. I have worked as lecturer and in management department in Aksum University; I have been a lecturer at the Department of Management in Axum University. Some of my works in the Universities include: thought different courses of management and Accounting, led and served different committees, and assisted the department on different administrative issues and challenges.

I am confident to coordinate, organize office activities as efficiently and effectively as possible, as a team member and independently that management is all about handling, organizing, monitoring psychological and behavioral problems. I will also accomplish my duties in a responsible and accountable manner. I am optimistic, punctual, honest, passionate, committed, energetic, and more importantly I have excellent work ethic. I will take proactive actions to my work through effective planning. I am also flexible enough to adapt the environmental dynamism that could take place internally and externally.

My strong academic record has a greater importance to manage the overall works of the department properly. I believe that my 7(seven) years of work experience as University lecturer and practitioner coupled with my knowledge of entrepreneurship, small business enterprises, management and leadership makes me the best candidate for the position of Small business advisor .
