• Designed and construction management numerous buildings, equipment, water and wastewater structures and pipe and pumping systems and infrastructure facilities o City of St. Peters, Missouri, Resident Engineer – provided resident engineering services for construction of the 7-mgd Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion for the City of St. Peters, Missouri. Coordinated concrete, asphalt, and compacted fill testing with soils subcontractor. The plant improvements include the addition of a 4,000 square foot split face masonry metal roof truss head-works building, several large concrete basins, yard piping, site grading, electrical duct banks, two-story return sludge pump station, and sludge pumping and disposal system. Other duties included verifying construction, keeping detailed records of progress, and preparing pay estimates and change orders. The work also included plant start-up services and equipment installation and operation inspections.

o Shell Albian Sands, Fort McMurray, Canada, Project Engineer, Rapid Execution Projects – worked as Shell’s Project Engineer for rapid execution projects. Projects included planning, scheduling, feasibility studies, preliminary design, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and contract management. o Ore Crusher Upgrade: The project was a “high-profile” comprehensive design and upgrade of the four double-roll-crushers at the oil-sands site mines. Modifications to rolls and teeth, addition of larger drives and fly-wheel will significantly increase inertia and result in increased crusher reliability and improved ore processing. o JPM BFC 8500 Upgrades: Capacity of the existing twin Jack Pine Mine (JPM) Breaker Feed Conveyors (BFC) will be increased from 7,000 to 8,500 mTPH. Larger drive motors, new head-pulley-assembly and locking device will be required as well as minor structural modifications at the drive motors.

o City of Wood River, IL, Project Manager – served as project manager for the design of plans and specifications for the new water supply well and 16-inch water main for the City of Wood River, Illinois. The new well was 42-inch diameter, 90-feet deep and had a capacity of 1,500-gpm. The project included obtaining IEPA and IDOT construction permits, 400-foot highway crossing, draw down test, well site layout design, 4,000-feet of 16-inch pipe and fittings, backup generator and electrical conduit runs and construction phase services.
