The found out that OSNational had furloughed 10 thousand employees inn the United States and they contacted me to see if I wanted to work remote until I found a job in Texas. Of course I took the job.

I did the Title Examination, prepared the Commitment, Cleared title, sent out the Title work to the Lenders, Balanced with the Lender, Communicated with all parties involved, ordered Notary Public, prepared all in house legal document and disclosure, sent out mail always, funding, disbursements of funds and sent out the notes and recorded the necessary documents.
