Precis LLC, is a mold and water restoration company with construction rebuild as an emphasis. Precise LLC, was established in 2020 and they service all of Connecticut.

● Project management begins for me as soon as the client accepts the quote. I manage the project from start to finish.

● Engage with the town hall for building permits, set up appointments with architects and structural engineers to get schematics on rebuilds.

● Meet at showrooms to pick out bathroom and kitchen materials. Order all materials for the job.

● Collect initial, mid and final payments.

● Do walkthroughs on the job site every two days, update pictures and notes in the system.

● Assigned in-house crews or subcontractors to jobs, negotiated up to 3% of each job for each contracted subcontractor.
