DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Knowledge of troubleshooting when required. And working knowledge to solve maintenance problem.

Installation, servicing and repairing air conditioner equipment or accessories.

Maintaining stores including procurement of materials. And working knowledge of installation of split and window a/c unit etc.

Knowledge of preparing estimates for services and installation jobs control on services personals.

Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety

Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity

Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues

Repair damaged HVAC systems

Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions including invoices

Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resource

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.

• Review project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements for HVAC installations.

• Monitor and manage the progress of HVAC installations to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians to resolve complex issues and ensure quality workmanship.

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate HVAC installations with other project activities.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of HVAC installations to identify and address any deficiencies or non-compliance.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for HVAC installations.

• Train and mentor HVAC technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Manage and maintain inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies.

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to recommend improvements and innovations.
