Head-hunted to command the finance function for the Group
HMS Al Garhoud Hospital
Essayed a stellar role in formulating the company's future direction- under my leadership tripled the Hospital value within 3 years of operation and escalated the Hospital revenue from 38M Dirham in the first year of operation to 200M Dirham within five years of operations.
Entrusted to finalize finance deal to establish Midriff Hospital
Played a pivotal role in the establishment and commencing the work in Garhoud Private hospitals effectively led negotiations with vendors and secured banking facilities. Chief Negotiator registered savings of around 2.5 M Dirham for HMS Company through bank deals.
Partnered with Legal Consultant to maintain a memorandum of association for HMS and organizational structure & effectiveness. Identified key issues/legal risks and provided a structure & analytical response with commercial lens.
Leveraged lean management expertise to align operations, enhance productivity and rigorously improve processes whilst registering significant cost savings including 3M Dirham as a result of deals with medical suppliers.
