The Sunrise Clinic is an intensive outpatient therapy clinic. The Sunrise Clinic helps patients with a variety of different things. We see patients that are grieving, have depression, bipolar, anxiety, schizophrenic, eating disorders, sleeping problems….ect. As an Office Manager, my primary duties included overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. I manage our bus transportation as well making sure our drivers are maintaining all safety protocols. I managed administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, coordinating with various departments, and assisting clinical director in implementing office policies and procedures. My role also involved financial responsibilities, including billing, and running insurance for eligibility. By working and communicating well with our physician, therapist clinical director and nurse I am confident that I maintain a well-organized and smooth-running office environment. As a PCT at St. Bernard’s Urgent care my main responsibility and duties were to obtain and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates. I was to report any significant changes in patient conditions to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider. As well as document patient care activities, observation, and or any changes to patient condition. As far as medical support I assisted with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals. I helped perform basic wound care and dressing changes. I also collected specimens for lab tests, such as urine or blood samples.
