Manage the financial operations of Ghana Institute of Linguistics, literacy and Bible Translation (GILLBT). Supervise a staff of Senior Finance officer, Two Finance officers and a Finance assistant in the finance department.
Ensure the update Chart of Accounts and creation of the necessary account items in the Financial Management System by giving appropriate approvals.
Supervise preparation of payroll and staff receivables.
Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and on time (Compliance).
Work with department heads and project managers to prepare, review and maintain budgets.
Manage the mobilization efforts of the institute. These include planning and implementing campaigns and fundraising activities.
