Creation printing and mailing of the individual tax organizers with letters as appropriate.

Set up new clients in CCH Axcess and Workflow.

Maintain accurate client contact information in CCH Axcess, upload documents and create projects.

Maintain client e-file authorizations by ensuring we have them on file for every e-file client for 3 years as required by the Internal Revenue Service.

Assist in finalizing invoices and delivering to clients by mail or electronic deliverables.

Downloads client data from electronic deliverables such as Suralink, SafeSend, ShareSafe or Tax Caddy.

Prints and processes tax returns from tax software (electronic or hardcopy) for client copies and/or governmental filings as required.

Responsible for sending electronic copies of returns to clients through secure file transfer services, or by mail

Tracks filing status of all tax return entities and maintains tax files on the network

Copies K-1's for related clients and saves them into their file on the network

Transmits e-file tax returns, informational reports, extensions, and foreign bank reports.

Troubleshoot general issues with electronic deliverables with clients as well as staff.
