The Chefs’ Warehouse West Coast
Night Warehouse Supervisor
November 2023 – Present
At the start of each evening, I review all incoming orders and set up each route assigned to each driver for the night. I lead a crew of eight employees. I manage each order to make sure they are being loaded correctly to avoid errors. Throughout the evening, I check for damages, expired products, and assist my crew with picking needed orders. At the end of each night, I sort and file all transportation paperwork to prepare the drivers for their routes in the morning. Receiving Lead
May 2023 – November 2023
To begin my shift, I will review all order paperwork to set the transition throughout the day. I unload and load the incoming and outgoing trucks. I ensure proper communication with the drivers and sales team. I assist in breaking down pallets to put product away and tag them while checking inventory work on AS/400 JDE.
Old Dominion Freight Line Dock Worker/Yard Hausler August 2021 – April 2023
I start my day with reviewing all documents to determine which trailers are needing to have freight sorted. I utilize a sit-down forklift on the dock to access and unload each trailer. I verify product descriptions and product numbers for each trailer I am working on to confirm accuracy. I load and arrange freight back into each trailer; while strapping it to the wall of the trailer with dunnage to make sure all freight is secured during transport. When needed, I go out to the yard and utilize a DYM system to determine which trailers need to be loaded or unloaded at the dock. I also engage with customers during business hours for any pickup or drop off items and verify what items are needed for pickups.
EDUCATION
Cheyenne High School
Diploma 2014
General Studies
CoreMark Warehouse Associate
April 2017 – August 2021
Before beginning my shift, I get into my freezer protection uniform to ensure safety in very low temperatures. I will access a stand-up forklift and RF gun to perform my duties. I navigate through the RF gun to determine which products need to be restocked/filled. I built and reorganized pallets while maintaining a clean and clear warehouse floor. During slower production time in the Freezer department, I would get outsourced to other departments to assist those teams with things such as Stocking, sorting, picking and packaging. 99 Cents Store Store Associate
October 2016 – March 2017
At the beginning of each day, I would first review the store activity to determine which area I would be needed in at that time. I stayed aware of when delivery trucks would come in so that I could assist with unloading and organizing all merchandise. I would go through each aisle to ensure all products were stocks and available. While cashiering I would interact with customers and ring up their purchases. I would help bag items and place the bags back into the customers carts; while doing so I would calculate transaction totals and ensure a positive and accurate cash drawer. During any down time, I would go to each department to assist to ensure a clean work area and store.
