SUMMARY
Most of my experience is Managing in the hospitality industry but I am a great manager of many things: time, people and myself are to name a few. I am looking to use my abilities in other industries as a new chapter in my life to grow with a great team.

UPS Delivery Driver November 2020 – August 2023
Pre organize truck for routes while working independently with little supervision, only reporting to supervisor. Prioritized Express shipments and delivered and received all packages in a timely manner with out incident.
Ability to lift, push and slide 50 to 75 pounds unassisted, safely using proper lowering and lifting techniques.
Followed WELSA which is UPS safety protocol meaning Walk at a brisk pace, Establish firm footing, Stay off unsecured conveying equipment, Look before you step, Adjust to changing conditions.
Safety checks to vehicle prior and post trips, DVIR logging for kms and safety concerns. Secured fuel card and filled vehicle.
Valid class 5 with certification to drive 5 tonne truck, used pallet jack to load and unload trailers
Worked service counter locating packages around the warehouse, rerouted packages using warehouse software. Helped with driver dispatch.
Sicilian Pasta Kitchen - Manager/Trainer / Server /Bartender 2007 to 2020
Manager responsibilities include day-to-day management of ‘on the floor’ restaurant and business affairs, management of all front of house activities, customer satisfaction and problem resolution involving both front of house and back of house staff, server and host scheduling and resource management.
Trainer responsibilities include the training of front of house staff including extensive menu and wine knowledge, basic and advanced server skills, time management and ‘timing of bills’, how to up-sell, completing cash-outs, table maintenance, friendly and efficient customer service for small parties as well as medium to large parties.
Server and Bartender taking care of guest needs using my extensive knowledge of the menu and wine, and liquor options. Used a point of sale to take orders and process payments. Safely handled food as per Alberta health guidelines. Kept tables and serving area clean and tidy, helped follow servers to ensure a successful shift for the whole team.
