I have * years of an installation manager experience and 18 years of customer service/client care experience. My success was earned through a high level of care and industry knowledge offered to each client and partner within our business that I have worked with. Over the last 9 years I have gained experience with home development, organizing, prioritizing and running an office. Building strong relationships with new homeowners, trade partners, coworkers (site supervisors and office staff) and sales representatives, this has been a key to driving positive results.
I am currently the installations/service manager at Curtis Carpets. I oversee 8 other employees on day to day business. I deal with all issues internally and out in the field. I do payroll every second week for our sub-contractors. Deal with all claims, flawed material, safety training for all new employees and sub-contractors. I also deal with all service that gets phoned in by customers or builders.

Schedule, Supervise and process payroll for over 60 crews of sub-contractors
Schedule all types of flooring installations for 10 major builders and all service issues.
Ensure builder sites are ready for installations- dealing directly with the foreman
Required knowledge of standard building and safety codes
Basic computer knowledge on word, excel, outlook and Pacific solutions.
Manage the service calendar
Quote customers and builders
Order material when needed
Receive and process customers payments
Follow up with customers to make sure all issues are to their satisfactory
Ensure all deliveries are entered into the system
Provide excellent customer service on a regular basis and in stressful situations such as working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience in working independently with minimal supervision
