-Coordinate with company owner and client to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications. Plan work schedules, resource allocation and materials procurement accordingly.
-Lead and manage concrete workers, assign tasks, provide guidance and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
-Oversee site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, and layout to ensure proper foundation for concrete work.
