• I joined the company as a Business Partner for Sales & Marketing in charge of recruitment, job profiling and evaluation, performance assessment, salary revision, incentive scheme, and training for the sales force and marketing team.

• In June 2009 I won an internal contest and became Sales Organizational Development Supervisor in charge of career and succession planning and the development of the field sales force reporting to the Sales Director. In this role:

• I implemented a Sales School for 200 employees nationwide with 16 internal trainers and a total of 8 modules which were determined by a 360 assessment of competency profiles of the field sales force positions.

• Delivered over 10,600 training hours each year.
