Maintain spreadsheet on all closed LEAN 232 Mortgage Insurance transactions to track risk, including closing information, LTV, DSCR, appraisal value, NOI unit structure number of beds, etc.
Familiar with Form 290 Closing Memoranda.
Responsible for scanning and uploading documents to the Network -
SharePoint, Portal, TransAccess, etc.
Prepare firm commitments and loan committee memoranda.
Prepare documents for signature by management.
Familiar with regulatory agreements, escrow agreements, and firm commitments.
General clerical office duties as assigned – copying, mail delivery, filing, etc.
Receive and review filings from the field offices including Underwriting,
Closing, Lender, and HUD attorney filings. Organize these files by FHA
number.
