• This was a family practice clinic with five providers that worked with one Medical Assistant daily. A normal work day would be 1:1 or 2:1 depending on staffing. In this particular facility I have administered immunizations, prepared for small procedures, birth control IUD, calling in prescriptions and etc. I have worked in Pediatrics in this facility with a 3:1 coverage.
• Also throughout the day I had Prior Authorizations and 121 forms. My assignment was eight weeks that turned into nine months.

• I worked as a float Medical Assistant throughout three different Urgent Cares.

• These sites would see 100 to 160 patients a day, ranging from day old to 99 years old. Also I used the epic system to input patients information and charting. This was originally a thirteen week assignment that turned into a year.
