ACHIEVEMENTS:

1.President of Operations of all inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services with

emphasis on high-quality programs that provide community service, managing 63 providers and over 250 staff.

2.Crozer liaison to Delaware County Office of Behavioral Health securing over $7 million

dollars of funds each year, not including $6.5 million for capital projects.

3.Procurement of 27 individual contracts to provide behavioral health in organizations with

psychiatric needs.

4.Developed and initiated 52 Substance Abuse Inpatient beds, 2018.

5.Achieved Center of Excellence status as a Substance Abuse provider, a Governor Wolf

designation.

6.Developed and initiated a 20-bed Geropsychiatry Unit, 2017.

7.Developed and initiated a program for pregnant, opioid addicted women (PEARL), 2017.

8.Developed and initiated a telepsychiatry service for psychiatric consultation within the

Health System as well as outside contracts in 2010.

9.Testified in Harrisburg, PA regarding the shortage of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

beds in the Commonwealth and disparities in funding.

10.Development and initiation of second Crisis Center in Delaware County at DCMH,

launching in 2022.

11.Development and initiation of 27-bed Substance Abuse Residential level of care at

DCMH, estimated launch August 2022.

12.RFP for the development of a 20-bed multi-county Extended Acute Care Unit, $4 million

RFP awarded to Crozer Psychiatry in May 2021.

13.Development of 16-person Adult Psychiatry Residency program. Initial accreditation

obtained February 2022. First class July 2022.

14.Partnerships with primary care services to facilitate collaboration and easy referral.

15.Multiple appearances on television regarding relevant topics for ABC, FOX, CBS, and

NBC news programs.

16.Featured in Philadelphia Magazine “Top Docs” issue several times over the past years,

most recently 2022.

17.Featured in Main Line Today “Top Docs” issue 12 years consecutively, most recently
