· Management of to 3 direct reports and 60 indirect reports, 60K sq ft. facility.
· Management of all aspect’s recruitment, retention, training, safety, security, employee morale/engagement needed at district level.
· Facilitate all corrective actions for processes or creating incidents for accidents and with general underperformance.
· Full management of all warehouse related activities, issues, OSHA compliance.
· Full management of all aspects of the fleet of 17 box trucks (26’) at district level.
· Management of all aspects of dispatching, routing, trucking activity & warehouse pick/pack operation.
· Management and handling all aspects related to delivery at customer property to always deliver exceptional product/service.
· Overall management of all customer service escalations within district from local level to global level.

· Manage the coordination of the client’s and vendor’s pick-up and closing times, pick-up points, cut-offs in cooperation with our strategic partner’s e.g., USPS, central dispatch and logistics.
· Liaison between DHL corporate, terminal vendors, operations, and sales.
· Communicate with terminal personnel through formalized daily, weekly and monthly ops meetings, newsletters, memos.
