I work as an Off Property Consultant in Marketing at several locations promoting ninety minute Time Share Tours at West Gate Resort to tourists along with families visiting the Smoky Mountains. In addition, to promoting tours I also give as gifts free and discounted local Tourists attractions tickets, Visa Gift Cards, Gift certificates, week long vacations, and three to eight day vacations with Carnival and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines to use within the United States and International that families can enjoy. Second, I ensure couples and families are eligible to tour and receive incentives by reviewing age, proof of identity, relationship status, household income, and are citizen's of the United States. After verification is confirmed on invites to tour I receive refundable and nonrefundable deposits or payments by cash or card transactions using my personal business of being self employed as well with resort. In conclusion, once all signatures are signed I confirm the tour, date, and time with the reservation department at West Gate Resort by a phone call and receive approval for families to arrive on property. To ensure couples and families arrive at their scheduled appointment I call in advance to remind them, answer any questions, and make changes if needed prior to their West Gate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park Time Share Tour.

Second, I work in the lobby of this establishment in which hospitality of any questions families may have I assist with guidance regarding the Gatlinburg, Tennessee tourism destination. Third, I continue to do Cash/ Card transactions while selling local Attraction Tickets and answer phone calls with my personal and business desk phone if guests have any questions to ensure safety while visiting the Smoky Mountains.
Fourth, since travel can be stressful when arriving I provide refreshments for the families while they wait to check in for their stay. Also, if River Terrace Front Desk Agents are busy checking in guests or away from their desk I provide help by distribution of towels, condiments for their hotel room, personal hygiene items, trashbags, and assist with guidance if needed of property and parking. Therefore, I relate messages to front desk clerks or management if I am contacted first by a guest to ensure their vacation and stay is handled with the best hospitality and questions are resolved as soon as possible while staying at the resort.
In conclusion, to ensure good expectations of future arrivals the front desk clerks transfer phone calls to me of families all over the United States planning their vacation in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I am provided with the quantity of people in their group or family and help plan their stay before arriving. I provide information and promote confidence of the destinations to see, attractions to do, and cost of the discounted tickets to help them prepare for their arrival.
