Ensures property accountability, material control, source identification, alternate suppliers, purchase and expedition, equipment and material flow, historical tracking and forecasting.

• Analyze, develop, and implement logistics plans and processes affecting the production, delivery, and inventory of customer products to achieve desired delivery times and material fills rates.

• Generate status reports to internal and external customers on logistics activities under span of control to include property, deployment of equipment, inventory levels, critical spares stock, and failure trends.

• Utilize various materials handling equipment to support logistics activities.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of lower level logistics personnel to assure maximum efficiencies of group activities.
