Chesapeake. Here at EDS we run vortex dryers and centrifuges. I am currently running a Hutchison and Hayes 5500. We process drill cuttings from a half round that has been discharged over the shaker. After the dryer, the recovered fluid is transferred to a 137 bbls agitator tank. From there it is
ran through the centrifuge to cut low gravity solids to under 10%. I am able to dial in the centrifuge and perform all tasks at hand. As BYM I do daily reports, fluid transfer forms and JSA's. I have working knowledge of the computer and can download or email whatever needed. I also have a good understanding and working knowledge of dryers and centrifuges. I am able to troubleshoot and repair. Here I have also done dewatering through air drilling. I have working knowledge of everything from surface to TD on the solids control side. I am always willing to learn and always looking for ways to improve myself.
