Addition of new logics in DCS & PLC, HMI as per the requirement from process.
Maintenance of entire plant automation systems which includes the final control elements

Review of P&IDs
Preparation for logic and developing scada /HMI screens accordingly
Preparation of instruments list and its specification, I/O lists, Hook-up diagrams
Procurement of Instruments/materials
Inspection of received instruments
Validation of Hook-up drawings and delegating the installation job to contractors
Cable schedule preparation as per I/O list and execution.
Construction of Earth pits for DCS/PLCs and Systems
Loop checking of all the instrument (from DCS/SCADA to Field)
Power up all the panels and install the Engineering and workstations.
Operation check of all instruments (including the stroke checking of control valves, checking of On/Off valves, Level switches & sensors, Temperature switches & elements, Pressure switches & transmitters and other field instruments.
Pre-start-up check (PSSR) and Commissioning.
Checking the configured logs, events, reports and trends
Coordinating with cross functional teams at all stages of project.
Organising the work permits (Cold work, Height work, Hot work, Vessel entry, etc..) and coordinating with other departments about the jobs performed during the project to ensure safety.
Technical Skills:
PLC Programming: Proficient in ladder logic, structured text (Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley).
HMI Development: Skilled in creating user-friendly interfaces (WinCC Flexible, Vijeo Designer).
SCADA Development: Experienced in WinCC (WinCC SCADA) and Vijeo Citect SCADA.
Alarm Management/Data Management: Capable in alarm management, tag logging, trends, and data logging for efficient data management. Page 3 of 3
Knowledgeable in control theory, PID control, and troubleshooting PLC-related issues, Basic knowledge on Kepware OPC UA, MS Sql database, and VB, WinCC C Scripts
