Key Activities:

Perform financial management responsibilities such as producing financial data, preparing and submitting reports, examining industry trends, and evaluating the company's financial well-being. Set up accounting controls and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the company group. Create the necessary team and roles to ensure efficient implementation of accounting reporting practices. Supervise all financial affairs of the group companies, both in the UAE and internationally. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for the companies, including monthly accounts, Financial Budget, Cashflow Statements, Income Statements (P&L), Balance Sheets, and other management reports with highlighted summaries for effective decision-making. Efficiently manage working capital to ensure smooth operations. Develop and oversee a portfolio of accounts, implementing internal controls to optimize financial processes. Supervise group company contracts, inter-group transactions, and payables according to SOP guidelines in a timely manner. Conduct thorough analysis of financial transactions, accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and other reports to ensure adherence to company policies and identify opportunities for performance improvement.

Procure employees and manage contracts, monitoring service usage to recommend cost control measures, including the elimination of non-beneficial contracts. Collaborate with auditors on UAE VAT, ESR, and AML reporting and filing. Engage in negotiations with both internal and external parties related to company projects. Supporting various departments with administrative tasks as needed. 2. Senior Accountant & Admin Executive @ Al Rabiah Real Estate, Sharjah, UAE Key Activities:
