Achievements
Utilizing my technical expertise and competence in drinking water treatment along with business acumen during my Tenure with GMP International I:
Negotiated and finalized the technical and financial packages with the ADB to fund two major bulk water supply projects (Cebu and Batangas) in the Philippines based on the PPP concepts. Each rated at 66-MGD capacity and more than US$250 million (1995-1996). Both projects included studies related to projected population growth, water quality analyses, optional treatment processes (conventional plus RO), and basis of design, preliminary layouts and specifications outline, BOM, and CAPEX and OPEX projections arriving at projected bulk water sales agreements.
Utilizing my technical competence and sales acumen during my tenure with Xylem (SNG Consultants DMCC), I investigated and promoted existing and new technology products to new markets, and successfully negotiated and concluded several landmark SWRO projects far exceeding the sales targets within two years.

During my tenure with SNG Consultants DMCC, and as a special consultant to CERAFILTEC, I provided the following services
Conducted technical presentations and seminars for the Silicon Carbide UF membrane technology to consultants, end users and other stakeholders throughout the Gulf Region, (KSA, and UAE).
Participated in the technical and commercial negotiations on several new and rehabilitation projects for desalination and reclamation projects utilizing the silicon carbide UF membrane in KSA, and UAE
Participated in pilot studies related to PFAS removal using PAC upstream the Silicon carbide UF membranes. Which proved far superior on CAPEX and OPEX when compared to GAC, RO and Ion Exchange. Also pilot studies pertinent to removal of “Red Tide algae” at SWRO facilities in the MENA Region.
During my tenure with Ovivo USA as a Product/Regional Sales Manager: I was responsible for marketing and sales activities of the SiC silicon carbide engineered filters (for drinking water) to Ovivo sales representatives, consultants, and end users. Those functions were accomplished by conducting technical presentations. Preparing technical and commercial proposals. Achieved sales target within one year.
Negotiated and secured two pilot testing projects to prove the viability of the SiC for drinking water.
Secured the first drinking Water treatment plant in the US based on the SiC technology, a 10-MGD facility valued at ~ US$5.0 million. Engineering & Management Experience
