A couple years after the merge, I was promoted to supply planner and my role widen to include the management and monitoring of FG inventories in four distribution centers; Lanier Cold storage, Americold Gainesville, Americold Atlanta, and Americold Strasburg, VA. Managed and monitored a variety of products like conventional, ABF, and organic chicken and beef sausages and meatballs as well as from 120 food service frozen and IQF items, ranging from 80 days to 365 days of shelf life. In this position, I was also in charge of keeping up with inventory, planning, and the scheduling of co-packers; Prime Pak in Gainesville, GA., Ohio Packing in Cleveland, Suzanna's Kitchen in Norcross, GA., and Universal Pasteurization in Villa Rica, GA.

• As part of monitoring inventory levels, I made sure to follow SOP and HACCP procedures while also keeping up with allergens and safety data sheets documents for different raw materials like oils, flour, condiments.

• I ordered incoming raw materials on a weekly basis based on our needs and production capacity for five different departments, (production lines), scheduled it for process in our raw plant, and sent it to four different further processing plants; KD2 Memorial Park Dr, KD4 Candler Rd, KD5 Josh Pirkle Rd, and KD6 Aviation Ave, located in Gainesville and Braselton, GA. I managed and orchestrated the flow of production for fresh product with 7 days shelf life from the kill plant to further processing facilities.

• While working with Coleman Natural, I was transferred to one of our fully cooked plant as part of my development training into upper management. As a fully cooked scheduler, I ordered incoming raw material under the directions from our supply planning director, scheduled four different departments; KD4's food service and commodity items for Georgia school system and wholesales companies, PV7's Penn Valley's sausage line, sprinter and raiser lines in the clean room (retail items). Managed and monitored inventory of around 120 to 160 frozen raw and WIP items at Lanier cold storage in Gainesville, GA. with a variety of components and from a three months to a year of shelf life. Assisted in weekly meetings with management and sales and reported soon to be distressed, obsolete, and projected to be discontinued inventory levels.

• Implemented and coordinated daily morning and mid-day meetings with management to discuss potential production issues, job order completions, and incoming raw materials.
